What is the delivery time for your products?
Delivery takes 4 to 7 days. A few hours after placing your order, you will receive an email with information on how to track your order.
Can I track my order?
Yes, we will send you an email each time your order reaches a certain stage. You can also track your order yourself using the tracking link that will be sent to you by email 1 to 2 days after placing your order.
How many delivery attempts are made?
The carrier will attempt to deliver the parcel to your address. If the parcel cannot be delivered, you will receive a collection note, which you can use to collect your order at a post office. If the parcel has not been delivered, it will be stored by the courier for up to 7 days.

My item is damaged or does not match my order. What can I do?
1. You have 7 days to contact us and 23 days to return the item to us by registered post. If you have had the item in your possession for more than 7 days, it is considered used and cannot be refunded or exchanged. No exceptions will be made. If your order was paid for by cash on delivery, the courier will exchange the item. In case of prepayment, we will refund the shipping costs and send the new product to you as soon as we have received the returned product.
2. All returned products must be in their original packaging and you must provide us with the shipping number, the specific reason for the return and your order number.
3. We will refund the full amount once we have received the item in its original condition and packaging, including all parts and accessories, after the buyer and seller have cancelled the transaction. It is also possible to exchange the item.
4. We will refund all shipping costs if the item does not match the advertisement. See the refund policy at the bottom of the website for more information. 5. The order cannot be refunded once it has been shipped, i.e. 24 hours after it has been placed.
How does the money-back guarantee work?
If the product you purchased does not match the description or does not arrive on time, we guarantee you a refund of your purchase. You have 30 days to exercise your right of complaint. The refund will be made within 1-3 days of confirmation of the complaint, after receipt of the product.
This guarantee applies in addition to your consumer rights and does not limit the local guarantees provided by the legislation of the country in which you live.
